MX300G2, Multiparty and CUCM

[RICHARD MESSINGER]

have a customer that has a new MX300 G2 that has the MultiParty license so that it should be able to start a 3 or 4 party Video Call.  It is registered and provisioned on CUCM 11.0.

Customer is saying that he can not make a multiparty call.

I am thinking that there is a parameter on CUCM that he has forgotted to set.

Any thoughts?

If you are using a public IP/ Natted IP mapped with public IP then you will make a multiparty call.

looks like it was a user error.  works fine.
