MX700 Camera Brightness Requires Manual Adjustment on All Calls

On video calls, the camera brightness requires manual adjustment by the user and we can't rely on the Auto setting.  This issue seems to have been introduced during one of our code upgrades on MX700 units.  We have had the units in place for over 2 years but can't tie it to a specific release.  We were able to rely on the Auto setting for a long time.

 

We have mostly MX700 dual screen units with SpeakerTrack running ce 8.3.4 Final.  

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

The camera brightness can change based on the lighting in the room. Is the camera not adjusting the brightness enough or too much? I've seen in some cases where endpoints will adjust the brightness even though the lighting in the room appears fine.

Patrick, we're seeing that the cameras are not adjusting properly based on the lighting in the room.  This seems to be related to software as we didn't have this issue on earlier versions of the code.  We are going back to tc7.x versions to find the one that works the best.
