MX700 Crash on Boot Up

We have an MX700 running TC7.3.15.a9f4c3a, when booting up we initially get the Cisco logo on both screens, but then the screens both go blank and the system does not progress any further. The touch panel is trying to pair with the codec without success.

We have pulled the attached log from the console port on boot up and always stops at :

systemd-fsck[916]: /dev/mapper/config: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY.
systemd-fsck[916]: (i.e., without -a or -p options)

You likely have a hardware problem - I'd open a ticket with TAC right away. If your system doesn't boot up you can't upgrade software or make config changes - you will probably need a new SX80 in it.

Hello,

I agree with @PJMack

But before that you are try hard factory reset through the reset pin hole and check if it helps and if not then probably open a TAC case
