MX800 Webex registration

Hi,

I have Cisco MX800 and we need to register the unit with Cisco webex,  after upgrading to 9.14.3 the touch pad stuck in proxy options screen and i am unable to enter the 16 digit activation code.

the message shows the following: The activation service requires an encryption option key.

do I really need the key to register with webEx? any help is appreciated.

 PS attached is screenshot for the touch pad.

You will need the encryption option key to register with Webex because it is needed to establish a secure channel to register for signalling and media communications.
