No video and Audio doesnt appear/come out from the TV

Good Day,Team

i am having a problem with SX10, i can joint a webex meeting room using with SX10 and desktop,laptop and phone.

my laptop can hear/see live video and voice from SX10 but SX10 doesn't communicate to the my TV to shown up video/audio. please let me know how to solve above problem. I have attach SX10 system configuration.

Hello,

 

So, if you are calling any internal point to point call does your SX10 works properly?
If yes, that means problem is not with SX10 unit,  and at some point of network is blocking the incoming media which you can isolate by taking logs and pcaps on all hops.

If no, then you need to try any other HDMI cable or any other monitor to see if the problem is with your cable or monitor or with codec?
