No video with Lync VCS intigration

                   We are currently using TMS 14.3.2, VCS 8.1, lync 2013 server and client. I have the microsoft interop option key installed.

I am able to complete calls between an endpoint and a lync client. But not between lync client and an endpoint.

The lync client recieves both the video and audio but the endpoint (sx20 7.0.2) only recieves audio.

Any Ideas?

No video with Lync VCS intigration

The most common  cause of this issue is that the user of the Lync client must manually start the video cam to send video. If that is not the case,  would suggest collecting and review a diagnostic log taken on the VCS to confirm that the media is propperly negotiated, and where the streams are being sent to/from.
