Objects for PrecisionHD 4X Camera Connectivity Problems(CSCua44699)?

Hi all,

Does anybody know how to specify potential faulty cameras by S/N or ship date for BugID:CSCua44699?

Because it takes too much workload for us to upgrade all C20s at our customer sites...

Regarding root cause, we can find it in "PrecisionHD 4X Camera Connectivity-Rev10.pdf" Page3.

For me, it seems that this is a hardware issue caused by new NAND flash found in recent cameras.

So I think Cisco can specify potential faulty cameras by S/N or ship date.

Best Regards,

Kotaro Hashimoto

Thank you Taniguchi-san,

We could specify suspicious cameras.

I have not set up my profile to receive email updates about Fields Notices.

It is very useful.
