We have two webex roomkits that are currently registered to the cloud and we have configured the Hybrid Calendar Service with Office 365. I can create a meeting by scheduling it in Outlook and when it is time for the meeting, I hit Join and it asks if I am the host or not. As the host it is asking for a host pin and from what I heard this is not supposed to happen with OBTP. I have been told to check our webex settings but I am not entirely sure which setting needs to be unchecked for this to work.

Thank you for the information. I have checked our Webex Administration settings and everything matches with what is displayed. I have also checked the schedule templates in and I am still receiving this error. Is it possible that our site is not on the correct version of WBS39.5?
