One Button To Push causes endpoint to call MCU twice

Hi, I have an issue with TMS conferences that use the One Button To Push type of connection. When the endpoints show the Join Meeting prompt, I select Join and the endpoints then dial the conference number twice at the same time. This starts a video call and an audio call at the same time causing an echo. If you hangup the audio call the conference continues normally.

Can anyone shed any light on how the meeting gets setup from TMS or advise what logs to investigate further.

I have CUCM v8.6.2, VCS-c v7.2.2, TMS v14.3.2 and MCU 5320 v4.4. All the endpoints are registered to CUCM. Manual and automatic calls all work ok.

thanks in advance

Thanks very much, upgraded an SX20 & EX90 and worked a treat. Also resolved a number of other minor issues.
