One phone 6921 not make calls through the asterisk

Only one phone model 6921 is not a link to analog phones.
6921 other phones make the connection

There is a sip-trunk in CUCM going to the asterisk,look the image:

//In the CCUM

Call Routing - Route/Hunt - Route pattern

I have routes for example 8880, 8843 links between various

8880 and 8843 are analog phones

rotas

From the following message at the time I do the connection, I took the log using the Cisco Unified Real Time program:

error 401

3264-8880 when I turn full connection

I do not have access to the asterisk, will be that it is the problem? Other model phones 6921 the connection runs

How to solve?

Thanks
