Pairing problem Touch 10 & Sx20 over the LAN

SX20 : Facing issue for intermittent connectivity of touch panel 10 over the LAN 

The unpairing happens over very random buty not frequently ( once in two months)

VSYNC Error --

Error 3 -

Observation so Far –


+ SX20 is on software version TC7.3.6
+ Touch Panel 10 is on software version TI7.3.6
+ Confirmed that the Touch Panel 10 and SX20 are connected to the same subnet and network.
+ The Touch panel 10 when connected to the other SX20 shows the intermittent unpairing as well.
+ SX20 has the CDP mode turned ON 
+ UPnP mode is turned ON and is set to 600 seconds
+ Cannot get the software upgrade of the SX20 and touch Panel 10 due to company environment restrictions.
+ Cannot get the PCAP between the SX20 and the Touch Panel 10 as the issue is not reproducible on demand.
+ Cisco Switch is being used in the network (Not sure of model)
+ Made sure that the SX20 TouchPanel remote pairing option is turned ON


How to proceed from here ?

The simple answer is to get the company to change their environment restriction to allow the endpoint to be updated to a more current software release.

TC7.3.6 was released on 29 April 2016, so is 2.5 years old.

I'd recommend, if you must stay on the old TC software to update to the current software release of TC7.3.15, or, if you are able to (but may not be able to due to the big change in the User Interface between TC and CE), to the most recent CE9.5.0 software version.
