Pairing problem Touch 10 & Sx20

Hallo,

 

CUCM 10.5

SX20 , 7.3.3

Touch 10

 

My Problem :

 

  1. I try with pairing on touch 10, I select the Language , then Manuel connection , IP-address of SX20 .

 

  1. after that Touch 10 starts with “System Maintenance mode” and download Software  , after a few minutes restarts new and I get again the Message “System Maintenance mode” and download Software  and a restart again.

 

After the new start I do the same procedure (1 & 2) and again and again and again and it  nothing happens, I have done a factory reset and start with the pairing but nothing.

Thanks for your Replay and sorry for my late answer.

 

The solution was easy , we have a cable problem after changing the cable it did works.

Have you ensured the following:

SX20 and Touch 10 can both reach each other over the network and have valid IP addresses?

Pairing mode is enabled on the SX20 and has not expired due to timeout?
