Participant name not showing CMS hosted Space

Hello Experts,

 I am facing one problem,

At One of of our customer site we have deployed CMS cluster (Combined deployment).

Everything is working fine but in conference we don't see the  name of participant or location on display.

But if do point to point call it shows correct.

All endpoints are registered on CUCM.

Can you check under Configuration>Call Settings and if: SIP call participant labels is enabled?  This would be my first check and if there are no other calllegprofiles underneath  the global, it should show something.  You will need at least three in the conf to show a name cause point to point may not show.

 Thank you so much for your response.  I have already enabled SIP call participant labels. But still problem is same. Could you please share any document or URL related to this config or issue.

Best thing to do now is perhaps run a sip trace from the server.  You should be able to see display values depending on the type of call.  Are you sure you have more than 3 participants?  The space that you are using, does it have a calllegprofile associated to it with participantLabels=false?
