After participants join the CMS conference meeting I cannot see them on the CMM. It takes more than 1 minute before I see their connection status on CMM. I have two systems but only one has the problem. Both systems are running on the same software version. I reboot the CMM and CMS but have same problem.

It sounds like a network issue of the cdr procedure between CMS and CMM
Try to look on the CDR conversation from CMS by the trace log from CMS

Hi Simon, which CMM and CMS versions you are running on ? I have 2.9.1 for both and there is no issue.
