Hi All,
We are looking to establish SIP calling between our existing endpoints.
We are looking to achieve this with our existing setup with minimal cost.
The SIP dialing methods we are trying to achieve is:
1) IP dialing
2) URL dialing
3) e.164 (short dial)
Our setup is as followed:
Servers:
Real Presence Resource Manager version 10.0.0-224386
Real Presence DMA (Gatekeeper) 7000
Cisco Call Manager version 10.52.15900-8
Endpoints:
HDX 7000 HD
HDX 8000 HD
HDX 9000 HD
Gateways:
Cisco 2800/2900 Voice Gateway Routers.
Thank You

Your best bet would be get ride of all that polycom and go cisco codecs registered to CUCM after you upgrade to new version.
Or better yet go cisco codecs registered to the webex cloud.
Want a project quote I know a couple of good VARs?

You mention SIP dialling, then you go on to ask about 1) IP Dialling, 2) URL dialling, and 3) E.164 dialling. Only #2 is supported by SIP, the other two are not (and you probably need to consider H.323 for these instead) unless you put in a bunch of workaround hacks.
Given you have a CUCM, you could register the Poly endpoints to that as 3rd Party SIP endpoints (assuming the rest of your environment is already configurated to allow your CUCM registered devices to make calls to wherever you need to make or receive calls from).

I agree with @Wayne DeNardi the SIP URI dialing would be your option having these devices as 3rd party SIP endpoints in CUCM. Easy button would be to have Cisco endpoints but you mentioned keeping costs down.
