Polycom cannot call e164

Hil all,

curently, i deploy telepresence in our client.

we have vcs control, codec c60 endpoint, and polycom endpoint.

i register codec c60 and polycom to vcs control. when i try to call from codec c60 to polycom using e164, the call establish.

but when i try to call from polycom to codec c60 using e164, it cannot establish.

the status is No route to destination

if i look on search rule, both using the same search rule.

any idea?

Can you provide some more details on your Polycom (such as model number, etc).  Is the Polycom showing as registered on your VCS - is it registered via H.323, SIP, both?

One of the first things I'd check is that the Polycom is set to dial H.323 and not SIP (either by default, or in the call you are making) if you can call one way but not the other from the same network.
