What ports are required to be forwarded in Firewall for MX200/300 g2 other than 5060 & 5061 TCP & UDP?

How will the endpoint be deployed?  If their standalone, take a look at thread SX20 as standalone, but if they're registered to CUCM with Expressway or a VCS/Expressway, take a look at firewall chapter of the VCS Basic Configuration (Control with Expressway) Deployment Guides for example.
