Hi All,

can someone comment on the datasheet  info:

IP network features
●DNS lookup for service configuration
●Date and Time support via NTP
●TCP/IP
●DHCP
Network interfaces
●One LAN/Ethernet (RJ-45) 10/100 Mbit

as per the connection Guide two  P60 camera are connected over port #2 and #3.
and if we need addition port we connect a switch to port #3  that means it not over the regular LAN.

Is the network feature info pointing towards gathering this info from Codec ?

Regards
Ravi kr.

Ethernet port 1 is reserved for your LAN, port 2 and 3 are used for peripherals such as the Touch 10 and Precision 60 camera. If more than one camera is needed, you should connect a non-managed switch to the SX80 to either port 2 or 3 and connect the cameras to the network switch. The network switch shouldn't supply DHCP, as the SX80's internal DHCP will hand out IP addresses to the connected cameras.
