Presence server configuration

Hi all, I am installing a new presence server I can´t login with jabber. The current versions of my equipments are:

Cisco Unified CM --> System version: 8.6.2.22900-9

Cisco Unified Presence --> System version: 8.6.4.10000-29

I have follow this two guides:

Deployment Guide for Cisco Unified Presence Release 8.6

Jabber for Everyone Quick Start Guide, Release 7.x, 8.x

Something must not be configured, but I don´t know what and I have reviewed everything. Can you help me with this? I only want to login with the jabber, after this I can continue with the different features and tests, but something in the basic configuration is wrong.

Thank you szelenka, is solved. The problem was with the DNS. The hostname of the machine in the GUI was not the same as the DNS.
