we have cisco 7206 router , integrated with Nortel PABX. there are two PRIs terminating on router1 from Nortel one is configured with 31 time slots and other os 16 time slots . issue is with PRI for 16 time slots outgoing calls are not working network diagram is below .....

out going calls are not working from router1 to router2
