Hi all,
When i go to service ability -> TOOLS -> ControlCenter - Feature Services and select my CUCM IM & Presence server i get this error:
Connection to the Server cannot be established(Certificate Exception)
Anyone knows what it is and how to resolve?

If you have DNS enabled try pointing to the DNS name of the server
Failing that try,
1. Clear browser cache, delete the certificate cache for the servers as well
2. Restart the Cisco Tomcat service (you can do this when SSH into the server)
3. Regenerate the server certificate and then restart the tomcat service (SSH also)

Does this occur from all computers? also tried a different web browser?
