When I try to call from one SX20 to another SX20 I get an error that "Specified call protocol is turned off" at both ends

If you are using the SX20s without any call control then you must set the following in the web GUI of each SX20:
1) Under "Network Services" make sure "H323 mode" is "On"
2) Under "Conference" make sure the "Default Call Protocol" is set to "H323"
3) Under "H323" make sure the "Call Setup Mode" is set to "Direct"
Once you make these changes on both SX20s, try the test call again. Make sure you type in the IP manually again and do not use the "recents" to make the test call.
