Profile 65 Dual, Can the built in 12Xzoom camera be replaced

Hi,

Customer has Profile 65 inch dual, C60 Codec. There is an issue with the camera during Zoom IN and OUT.

We understand that Profile 65 inch dual dispaly comes with a built-in 12X zoom camera.

Customer wants to get this camera replaced .

Like to understand if this built in camera can be replaced with a spare 12X zoom camera ( CTS-PHD-1080P12XG=)
