Provisioning via the expressway problem

Hey guys, I have an old E20 here I am testing provisioning over the internet on.  I have sip registration on, a user created in TMS, and I am asked for login infor when I try to make a call. but I am getting an Error 403 Prohibited when I try to sign on. Is this A firewall issue? Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?  Are my rules wrong in the VCS-E? Thanks for any/all help

I presume you have VCS-Control internally, provisioned with TMS?

Dependent on what software revision your running on your VCS, i would check the your authentication policy on your subzones, default and traversal zone(s). Maybe set it to 'treat as authenticated', and see if you can register then?

Are you also accepting proxied registrations on your VCS-E traversal zone?
