Hello everybody!

I have 10 cisco ex90 systems in my office, also vcs, tms, and mcu units. I want to upgrade them using Premium resolution key to 1080p. Do I need to buy unique key for every of ten systems i have? Or I just can buy one key and add it to all 10 systems? Will this work? And if not why? How it is controlled?

All Endpoints on TC software will require an unique key per system. Both release keys and option keys are always different from system to system.

This is also valid for most of the other Telepresence systems as well.

Hope this helps,

Arne

Pretty sure it is done by serial number so you'll need a unique key. I've never seen a duplicate key, and they also differ for every new firmware version.

thanx

What Ken said is correct; each key is unique and is calculated using the serial number of each system.
