Question on CTS-3010 option

Dear all,

Anyone knows the detail of the CTS-3010 option,as we see there are three options in the autocollaborate.

1.CTS-HFR-COLLAB-3K

Cisco TeleP High Frame Rate Auto Collab for CTS-3000/3200

2.CTS-HFRCOLLAB1K-CH

CTS 1100 HFR Codec for china

3.CTS-HFRCOLLAB3K-CH

CTS 3x10 HFR Codec for china

We are trying to order the CTS-3010, so we should  choose the option 3?

The other option  two seem confusing us, cam anyone confrim with us?

The part number for the CTS-3010 endpoint is CTS-3010.  If you are not an ATP for TelePresence, an ATP can help you with this.

Where is the customer site that this endpoint will eventually be installed at?

Is it inside China or outside of China?

High frame codec’s are used for getting a presentation at 30fps.

For China locations we have separate parts mostly its part id ending with “CH” .Which shows that it for China Customers. If the installation is going to happen in China then the Codec’s for China need to be Ordered. You account team will be able to assist you in case of more support required.
