Hi Hon

As you are not using the touch and initially you have paired it so everytime it checks for the touch panel

Please unpair and restart the device and then you can start using the remote.
The message will not be shown on the unit

Hi Ravi

Thank you for your repond!

I never pair the sx20 with touch panel.

I only pair with the ISDN Link.

When I pari with the ISDN Link, the message shows up each time I boot up the SX20.

I try "unpair and restart" but the message still shows up on reboot/power up.

So far the only I can to get rib of it is unpair with the ISDN Link.

It comes back up when I pair with ISDN Link again.

It is weird.

It happen to my other SX 20 pair with ISND Link too.

It is the way to be?

Thank you

Best Regards

Tung Chan
