Hello Frederick
Sending DTMF tones from CLI or CTS GUI is not possible at the moment.
We have internal enhencement open for that.
Thanks

Hi,
I have the same problem. I don't get the call ID and also the command didn't work when I tried with random call ID 1. Even the command 'call send DTMF' didn't seem to exist. Please confirm.

Hi,
As I can see from status, you have obsolete version of CTS (CTS 1.8.5(4) P1). Upgrade your CTS, command is available from later version, I guess from 1.9.x

Hello Everyone,
Do you know if there is an option to dial Lync conferences from CLI of CTS codecs?
I understand that the dtmf works only from 1.9.x and above. Unfortunately i am running 1.8.X on my codec.
