"Restricted" Calling Party ID

Hello

We have a CM cluster running Ver8.5.1 with a SIP trunk.  We setup multiple CSS and translation to block certain inboound calls base on the calling party number.  It has been working fine.  We run into an issue lately.  We have a client who complain they can't call to our office. It is either fast busy or received a recording.  I ran a debug at the CUBE router.  The client's calling party number is "Restricted" which does not match any of our translation pattern, hence the call was dropped.  ANyone has similar issue?  Any input is much appreciated.

If you have implemented the solution based on CUCM "route next hop by calling party number" then incoming calls from restricted numbers may be a problem.
Have a look at the thread:

I will check if there is a workaround available.
