RADVISION MCU elite 5110 H264 HD resolution issue

Hi everyone

We connect RADVISION and SX20

We found a compatibility issue

SX20 When connected to a HD (720P) comes the following message

"Your Call has been put on hold" (Screen is black)

And connected in 10 seconds

Why this happens?

Is this issue only happens with SX20 unit ?

from the picture it seems like sx20 is put on hold !! 

Will it work with lower resolution ? 

Radvision 5110 has latest v 7.7.6 you can try to upgrade on this version.

Usually, Radvision recommends using UCGW or SIP gateway to provide TURN server's functionality, the MCU itself could only support STUN, as there is no document saying Elite MCU 5000 supporting TURN. This could make the ICE endpoint RTP multiplexing decision difficult .
