Recording on TCS from Cisco IP Phones

Dear all,

I try to record video and voice calls on TCS from Cisco IP Phones (video available/unavailable) and Jabber.

Topology is;

IP Phone -(SIP)-> CUCM - (SIP Trunk) -> VCS Control -> TCS

TCS is register with VCS and IP Phone/Jabber register with CUCM. There is a SIP Trunk between VCS Control and CUCM.

I can call MCU (which is register to VCS Control) and join conferences but i could not record calls on TCS (which is also register to VCS Control).

Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi Mesut

Can you call to TCS without MCU conference?
TCS should have alias for registration on VCS, and aliases for calls.
If you want use MCU conference, the TCS alias must be preconfigured participant for your conference.
