recording the Audio portion of a Video Advantage Call

Does anyone know of a solution to record the audio portion of a call between 2 IP phones with VT Advantage?  We have voice recording through verint.  When we set up VTAdvantage and call, the verint recorders get start and stop signals, but no audio.  It almost looks like the audio packets are different when with VT Advantage than with straight IP phones.  Thanks all.

Errin,  I saw your posting and wanted to try to help.  I'm with Verint and passed your question to our technical group.  The word back is that as far as they know, there is no technical reason the configuration would not work for recording the audio segment.  They said we don't support recording of the video itself however.  It could be a subtlety of your technical configuration and they would like to have you open a ticket with our support desk to try and resolve this issue.  Here is a link to the support page in case you need it.  Please let me know if this is helpful or if I can provide additional information to assist.
