I am looking for details and price of power adapter of TANDBERG MXP 1700 VC device  

MODEL-0227B24120
Auto-sensing power supply 100–250 VAC, 50–60 Hz  2.0A,
120W MAX

The SKU i need was PSU-24VDC-135W=

Unfortunately it is already End Of Sales (EoS) as per link:

Can you Suggest me any replacement for this please ?

If your device is covered under an active service contract, you should be able to get a replacement by contacting the TAC.  These old devices are still supported until 28 February 2017 as per the End of Sale announcement.

Can we use EX90's power adaptor for Tandberg 1700 ?

It has below specs 

Autosensing power supply

100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz

EX90: 150 watts (W) maximum EX60: 75W maximum

 as compared to Tandberg 1700

No, you cannot use EX90 power supply in place of MXP 1700. If you are not able to use MXP 1700, then please suggest EX90 as replacement to your customer for MXP 1700. As MXP was declared End of Sale/Life long back by Cisco and as replacement, EX90 were shipped to Customers. It would be almost impossible to find power adapter for MXP 1700.

Quick search online, you might be able to purchase a replacement via a third party re-seller, there seems to be several out there that offers a replacement or similar power supply.
