Room 55 and HDCP

Hi guys and Girls,

we are setting up our Room 55 with integrated dispay and the initial configuration/ setup worked just fine. We are connected to the Spark Cloud and can use the device for Video conferences. Now for my problem:

Because the Room 55 is used as an external display, we need to connect a TV receiver to the HDMI/ HDCP port.

When we turn on the Receiver, we can see the Receiver starting up and then the Picture dissapears. We have tried changing the port Settings, with turning HDCP and CEC on and off with no success. Any help would be much appreciated, as Cisco support's answer was: 

"Unfortunately we do not support third party products and I will not be able to assist you with the connection issue."

You can enable HDCP support if you upgrade to 9.61 or above - refer to the CE9 release notes: https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/software/ce9/release-notes/ce-software-release-notes-ce9.pdf
