Room Kit Plus keeps post-pending CUCM URL too all calls (causing external calls to fail)
I have a room kit in one room and it allows external calls without issue. I type 91 and then the 10 digit # and all works. On my other unit (room kit plus) it wants to post-pend an @ with the entire CUCM url for each call. Obviously this works for the internal extensions, but not for external calls. I've done a "stair and compare" of the two units configs via logging into them.

Did you only compare the codec config, or the CUCM config as well? Codec config will not yield anything. Verify the phone config *and* the line config for the device. Maybe one has a mask or label which the other does not?
