Self View not coming

Hi,

we have Cisco SX20 running on TC 7.3.6 with PHD12X camera. Tried changing HDMI port on LED along with HDMI cable but in vain. with TRC5 remote control, our camera is working fine with UP/DOWN/LEFT /Right movement.

We are unable to get our Self View and remote /distant party view on our LED screen while the remote party can view us.

Please advise.

Hi Aman,

Need a few more bits of information;

- Are you using 2 (Dual) Monitors?

- Are you trying to get the far end on one monitor and full screen self view on the other monitor?

- Do you have the Dual Display option loaded on the codec?

In addition to Bob's reply, if you could provide the output of "xConfiguration Video" and "xStatus Video", it can help determine where the issue is.

How have you got your endpoint endpoint configured, for one monitor, or two?

Do you have all the cables connected to the endpoint correctly, and ion the correct positions on the SX?

ie Monitor 1 connected to the HDMI with the blue symbol, next to the camera cable?

thanks to all for suggestions. we have single LED screen connected.

Issue got resolved. We removed HDMI cable from SX20 and connected to Laptop with HDMI port. Still nothing was coming on LED screen. So, the problem was found with HDMI ports of SONY LED.

Next, we connected another LED screen with our SX20 and Camera , everything was working fine.
