Shadow on top of the screen in Cisco MX300 G2

I have an issue with the Cisco MX300 G2 Telepresence.  On top of the screen it's getting shadow when we are viewing the selfview in ideal state. When the VC call is going then there is no issue with the device.

Anyone help me on this case.

Thanks in advance.

The "shaded" areas at the top and bottom show up when there are graphics to be shown, this is normal/expected behavior. It provides contrast for the screen name that is on the upper left, etc. You can't really turn it off, but there is one way around it: if you are not using a second screen with the MX300 G2 (it does support a 2nd screen), you could set OSD to display on the non-existent second screen. But that would also get rid of things like OBTP so that may not work.

Since you would not generally leave full screen self view on, this really shouldn't be a big deal unless you have some other use case where this gets in the way
