SIP licenses service not working

Dear Community,

I am facing an issue after uploading a licenses at existing CUCM 11.5 

issue is, after I had loaded license the services stopped working

Thank you for your quick reply,

I have uploaded below new licenses to the existing CUCM 11.5 and restarted the server, since restart it says SIP services stopped working.

LIC-CUCM-11X-ENH
UC Manager Enhanced 11.x License

LIC-CUCM-11X-BAS
UC Manager Basic 11.x License
