Spark Board stuck in Installation phase

Hi Guys

My new Cisco Spark Board 70, out of the box, started downloading new software (around 10 minutes) then it got stuck on "installing New software" for almost 3 hours... forced restart and then the whole process repeated again.

How long does it take to install the updates ?

Hi Andy,

 

I experienced similar issues during the installation of the WebEx Board. You already tried to make a factory reset with the WebEx Board not connected to the network?

 

The button for the factory reset can be found next to the other connectors. When you press it for several seconds a menu opens where you can choose opens like update from USB stick or factory reset.

Hi,
After factory reset. and connected to internet My webex board 50 went into software update mode.
I'm experiencing a 'black screen' with Installing Software message in the middle. Along the bottom the progress bar is at 100% with a message below it; "switching default software and installing boot software".
It's been like that for may 50min so far.....
