Speaker Track & Training Room

We have a training room that is 30'x40'.  We are installing a Codec Pro w/ DSP to manage ceiling mics, handhelds & lapels.

We only want to capture the teacher at the front of the room - generally from a fixed location, but recognize some teachers will "roam" a bit.

We are thinking to use Speaker Track 60 cameras, using a Sound Control Technologies ceiling mount.

Have others used this type setup w/ speaker track for non-traditional conference room applications?

If you are only ever going to show the teacher (and never the class) you could just get the quad cam and point it to the front of the room. That said - I think using the quad cam for Speaker Tracking in the front and then add Presenter Track for the teacher. Check this link:
