Is it possible to suppress individual icons that display on the TX9X00 plasma displays? My customer is on a secure MPLS but doesn't have media / signalling encryption enabled on the endpoint so the unlocked padlock appears when calls to / from the TX start. They would like to stop this icon from appearing.
On the TC Series codecs (C, SX, EX, etc), there is a setting in the web interface that can be found under Configuration, System Configuration, Video, OSD, Encryption Indicator. This can be set to Auto/AlwaysOn/AlwaysOff. You can change it via the CLI with:
xconfiguration Video OSD EncryptionIndicator: AlwaysOff
I haven't played with a TX9x00, but perhaps there is a similar setting there?
