SX 20 3.5" output problem.

Have 2 SX20 both are connected to a projector and using active speakers. The output level needs to be on max and on the spewakers as well, if you whant to hear anything. Tested different cables speakers with same result. Connected the codec to a LCD screen with HDMI and used the HDMI for sound to the screen and had no problem. Is there any know problem with 3.5" output ?

I know that there is a difference between C20 mic in and on the SX20 mic in. You are able to use ceiling mic on the C20 but on the SX20 you have to have a speaker amplifier to be able to use ceiling mic.

We just installed three SX20's in 3 different locations and had issues on two where the 3.5 stereo gave use poor audio until we pulled the mini out one notch then everything worked great.Time did not allow use more examination as we also had other issues with the audio inputs.
