SX-20 - How to display presentation on both screens when TP is not being used??

 

When TP is not being used we would like presentations to be displayed in both screens. When we go to presentation mode and click present on the touch panel presentation is displayed only on 1 screen

 

We recently subscribed to a TP account with a TP bridge provider. Before that we had a public Ip assigned to the end point

Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Conferencing section you've posted in.  You can move your discussion by editing your post and changing the categories at the bottom.

To try and help in the meantime.

Can you tell us more about how the SX20 is installed.  When not in a call the presentation should display on both monitors when presenting, it's typically a configuration issue on the endpoint if it's not displaying correct.

What is the software version of the SX20?

Did this just start happening or did it never display on both monitors?

Is the dual screen option key installed, and how are the monitors configured?

To check the monitor configuration, you can do so through the web interface or with the remote: Configuration > Video > Monitors.

Software Version :- TC6.0.1.65adebe

Yes it was working earlier

The Monitor Setting has "Dual Monitor Only"

The change which has happened in recent past is that we registered our end point to a TP Bridge provider. Before that it had a public IP.

When you say Dual Monitor Only, do you mean Dual Presentation Only?

What happens if you change it to "Dual"?

TC6.0.1 is very old.  I'd recommend that you upgrade your software to a newer version.  The newer releases have a number of bug fixes and changes which may assist in your configuration as well as some fixes for some major security vulnerabilities.

If you have an active service contract, you should be able to access the updated software on the Cisco Download Web Site.

If you don't have an active service contract, contact the TAC and, as per the "Customers Without Service Contracts" section under "Obtaining Fixed Software" in the Cisco Security Advisory cisco-sa-20140926-bash you should be able to get an upgrade to at least version TC7.2.1.
