One of the SX 20 has the below mentioned error. How to delete the files in GUI? If its not possible in GUI, how to search & delete the unwanted files via CLI.
Software version:ce 9.2
CUCM: 10.5
ERROR: Platform Health

I know it is a long shot, but are there any "pcaps" under Diagnostics > Log Files?
I would then try a factory reset as maybe the log rotation script is not working.

And yet another option that the others haven't mentioned is the User Interface or Touchpanel screenshots.
These can be seen and removed through the web interface under the Maintenance > User Interface Screenshots screen.
A "last resort" option would be to perform a factory reset on the device which should get rid of anything, but you will then need to reconfigure the device afterwards.

As the room is mostly busy I couldn't spend more time on this device. It got resolved after I downgrade to CE 8.3.4. Not sure what caused the problem.
