SX10 & audio endpoint - Audio quality issues

Hi,

 

     We have some SX10 connected to a CUCM10.5 cluster. When we call from a SX10 to another video endpoint like another SX10 audio and video sounds great but when we try to connect the SX10 to an audio-only endpoint like a Cisco IP Phone (79XX or 78XX) or an external phone (connected through PSTN) the audio is really distant and it's almost impossible to understand the speaker in the SX10 side. I've tested different codecs and G722 or G711 improve the quality but it's still too bad.

 

     The SX10 hasn't got too many configuration options so... any help? Did anyone find this issue?
