Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is a way to set a password for the SX10's OSD? Can the Setup assistant be disabled?
Had a look through the APIs and nothing jumped out at me. I can only seem to set a password for the web interface.

It appears this is possible according to the SX10 admin guide on pg. 94, see "UserInterface OSD LoginRequired". However, I tested it, and I can't seem to get it to work.

Thanks Patrick, yeah I haven't any luck with it either. Might have to open a TAC case and see how far I get.

It's a bug, see CSCur19736. So, it appears it doesn't work when it's supposed to.
