SX10 OSD with Creston touch panel

The system is currently using a remote, so I see the remote control options on the screen. When I connect a touch 10 those options disappear and I only see upcoming meetings on the screen.

I want to be able to duplicate that with a third party touch panel. --> Creston controller

There used to be a command on the C40 units that accomplished this.

xConfiguration Video OSD Mode: off

Is there a similar command for SX series devices ?

Thank you.

What you're seeing is by design, when you connect or pair via LAN a TelePresence Touch device to an endpoint, the OSD menu will disappear and all control is then meant to be done using the touch panel.

You can hide the OSD menu by changing "SystemUnit MenuType" from Interactive to Indicators.  This is listed under the experimental section of the configuration, so it's not visible in the web interface, but if you search for it, the option will appear.

Thank you very much Patric
