Using Cisco SX10 (version 8.2.2) configured as standalone H323 device with remote control only, no Touch pad.
When calling to some IP address in order to join Web ex meeting, call is established, but I receive only black screen and audio message to enter the pin.
Problem is that I have no visual control for entering PIN code via remote control.
When the PIN is entered correctly there is no problem with video call.

Hi.
video feedback for pin input from video device is a relative new feature.
Can't find the release note but probably the feature have some restriction or is not already enabled for IP dialing in a webex meeting.

Just point the remote at the SX10 and press the numbers that make up the PIN plus the #. You don't need the keypad on the screen, it's in your hand. I just did this on an SX10 with CE8.3.1 code, it works.
