SX10 reverting to old firmware after update

Hello,

I have a few SX10 on CE9.8 when I update the device to firmware 9.12.4. The SX10 reverts back to 9.8.

Anyone ever had a similar issue?

If the device is registered with CUCM check the device defaults load page in CUCM. If it lists the old version it will roll it back to that version if you upgrade a device via other means, for example via the webUI.
