SX20 call via VCS - MRA have no video

Hi all,

I am facing an issue. I have 2 SX20 TC7.3 (A & B) is registered via MRA with VCS-C/E X8.6.

When i call point to point between them, sometime, in SX20 B have no video, just have audio in few minutes. At this time, SX20 A still have video/audio nomarly. This issue only happened with SX20 B

We need endcall and make call again, then everything is ok.

So, anyone can explain and help me to check this issue?

Try collecting diagnostic logs from the expressways, the fact that it sometimes works means it is probably not a basic configuration issue.

 

When you have logs, trace the call and look at the SDP on the invites and 200ok messages, see if at some point the video is dropped.

 

You can also check CUCM configuration and see if the region assigned to both endpoints has enough bandwidth for video.
